Commercial pressure washing in Miami
Updated: 10 hours ago
Commercial pressure washing in Miami is a different job from a house driveway. The surface is bigger, the hours are tighter, and the entrance has to look finished before customers show up. Charlie's Pressure Washing handles storefront sidewalks, condo drives, hotel entries, shopping-center walkways, and warehouse aprons across Miami-Dade.

We are based in Coral Way, 33129. Most commercial work we take is in Coral Way, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, and Doral. Doral is where a lot of the warehouse entries and shopping-center sidewalks are. Brickell and Miami Beach are more lobby walks, porte-cocheres, and condo drives.
Painted stucco and tile get a soft wash. Concrete drives, sidewalks, dumpster pads, and loading areas get pressure. We do not hit a painted wall or a barrel-tile roof with a high-pressure wand. Miami sun and salt already chew on those surfaces. The wrong tip makes it worse.
A commercial quote starts with a walk. We look at the square footage, the stains, the slope, and where the water has to go. Oil in a drive lane is not the same job as mildew on a north wall. We price it after we see it. No obligation.
Property managers usually want two things: a clean entrance, and a crew that does not leave the lot blocked all morning. Tell us the gate rules and the hours the entrance has to be open. We work around that.
If the building has an HOA or a management company, send the address and the contact who approves vendors. We will walk it and send the quote to that person.
